May '10 Haiti Go Team

Here's the construction team at the end of day one (Wednesday) on the roof of King's Hospital.  Today, Friday, we would not be looking so fresh (ha ha) as it was 96 degrees at 10 AM and going up from there.  We are enjoying working with the Haitian workers and the and some of the congregation from Pastor Jules' church.  Hiati is very impoverished but the people are beautiful and warm hearted.  Tomorrow we get a break and will travel two hours to the beach.

Mom & Dad ~ Just wanted to let you know that I love you and miss you both. Auntie Brenda and Almost Uncle Carey got Alex and I Mario Kart for the Wii and two steering wheel controlers. Also, I get to play for the Green and Black team tomorrow for soccer.

Mom & Dad ~ I had a good time in Springfield. I bought two civil war soldier's hats while I was there, one blue and one grey. I also got a crystal and two souviner pressed pennies. Be safe in Haiti and I will see you soon. Build some houses!!!
